Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of characteristic landscape, habitats of rare birds, and endangered plant species.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to lumber, except with the purpose of improving the sanitary and landscape condition of the sites.
2. It is prohibited grazing of livestock at any time;
3. It is prohibited to build quarries, dig out stones, extract sand, dump slag and other industrial waste, as well as any other activities, which disturb or destroy the beauty of the surrounding nature.
