Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of plant species Verbascum tzar-borisii and its habitat.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to change the purpose and the way of permanent use of the land;
2. It is prohibited to search for, research, and extract minerals;
3. It is prohibited construction, with the exception of activities related to repair and reconstruction of existing facilities;
4. It is prohibited placing a temporary movable objects;
5. It is prohibited to import nonresidential species;
6. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals during the period from 1 march to 31 july;
7. It is prohibited to plowing, digging and planting new areas;
8. It is prohibited camping and make fire.
