Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection and maintenance of the habitats of the birds under item 2 to reach their favorable conservation status
2. Restoration of habitats for birds in item 2, which is necessary to improve the conservation condition.

Objects of protection (species or habitats):
1. Article 6, paragraph 1, section 3 from Biological Diversity Act: Dalmatian pelican (Pelecanus crispus), Pygmy Cormorant (Phalacrocorax pygmeus), Little Bittern (Ixobrychus minutus), Black-crowned Night Heron (Nycticorax nycticorax), Squacco Heron (Ardeola ralloides), Egretta alba, Little Egret (Egretta garzetta), Purple Heron (Ardea purpurea) , Ferruginous Duck (Aythya nyroca), Ruddy Shelduck (Tadorna ferruginea), Honey Buzzard (Pernis apivorus), Lesser Spotted Eagle (Aquila pomarina), Booted Eagle (Hieraaetus pennatus), Levant Sparrowhawk (Accipiter brevipes), Merlin (Falco columbarius), Corn Crake (Crex crex), Whiskered Tern (Chlidonias hybridus), Common Kingfisher (Alcedo atthis), Grey-headed Woodpecker (Picus canus), Black Woodpecker (Dryocopus martius), Middle Spotted Woodpecker (Dendrocopos medius), Syrian Woodpecker (Dendrocopos syriacus) , Red-backed Shrike (Lanius collurio);

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to remove landscape features (hedges, single trees and groups) in the use of agricultural land ;
2. It is prohibited afforestation of meadows, pastures and grassland, as well as to transform it in area under cultivation and permanent crops;
3. It is prohibited to use pesticides (including second generation rodenticides) and fertilizers (except manure) in pastures and meadows;
4. It is prohibited felling which lead to decrease or substitute the species;
5. It is prohibited mowing of of cane, rush and floating aquatic vegetation in canals and basins, along the banks and dikes in the period 1 March to 15 August.
6. It is prohibited extraction of ores and minerals;
7. It is prohibited to deposit waste;
