According
to nuclear energy for peaceful designations usage law the targets
performing activities in the field of nuclear energy are obligated to inform
Committee for nuclear energy for peaceful designations usage for
occurred nuclear accidents in the time of 1 to 24 hours after nuclear accident
occuring. In case of obtaining such information, Committee for nuclear energy
for peaceful designations usage, if it is necessary additional information. For
reasons investigations, led to radiation accident, under Committee for nuclear
energy for peaceful designations usage leadership is established
a working group with representatives from the authoritive ministries (MOEW, MH,
Ministry of Interior, National Agency"Civil deffentce" others) and data
are collected. Committee for nuclear energy for peaceful designations
usage holds the rights for samples picking up and to confide radiation
measurements and expert reports working out. For each event is conducted
a lawsuit and is graded
