The information is collected on the base of
accounting data for issued orders for imposed sanctions for pollution and/or
damaging the environment.
The database includes all orders for imposed
one-time or monthly property sanctions.
The sanctions are imposed by RIEW-Shumen director
by an experts' tender from "Environment control department" and are
drawn up technically in the same department,after which two copies
are submitted in "Financial-administrative" department,where are kept as
account
Put in charge of this activity,the accountant
monitors the payment regularity on them.In case of irregularity of payment
the procedure is according to the Law for the state receivables Twice
in month the revenues from sanctions are transferred in the National Environmental
Protection Fund and in municipal funds on environment protecton in proportion
,regulated in environment protection law.

is provided in accordance with the Law on Access to Public
Information.
An official request must be made to the Director of the RIEW,
specifying
the required information and the need for this information.
Charges for
providing information according to method of provision are
specified
in Regulation 10 of the Ministry of Finance, effective 10.01.2001.
Results from
measurements/inspections in case of contracts with clients are
delivered
only to the client. Safeguarding of commercial secrets is
guaranteed
with the signature of all the laboratory's employees
with reference
to the laboratory's accreditation, and in accordance with
the Declaration
for confidentiality of commercial information.
