The information
is collected on the base of environment protection law, law for access to
public information, regulation for RIEW and NASEM activity.
The database
contains measured amounts of heavy metals in soils by 42 monitoring stations,selected
in correspondance to pollution sources: industry (point emission sources),
chymisation(plant protection products usage), irrigation and transport.

of collecting data
Samples taking, samples
preparation,analysis and development are performed by RIEW.
Organization,coordination,quality
control and assessment are performed by RIEW - Sofia.

specifying
the required information and the need for this information.

providing information according to method of provision are

in Regulation 10 of the Ministry of Finance, effective 10.01.2001.
Results from
measurements/inspections in case of contracts with clients are
delivered
only to the client. Safeguarding of commercial secrets is
guaranteed
with the signature of all the laboratory's employees
with reference
to the laboratory's accreditation, and in accordance with
the Declaration
for confidentiality of commercial information.
