Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of the habitats and populations of rare and endangered plant species, protected types of amphibians, reptiles, birds, and mammals.
2. Protection of the Geoffroy's Bat included in the Bulgarian Red Book.
3. Conservation of the exceptional landscape.

3. It is prohibited to carry out clear felling.
4. It is prohibited hunting activities;
5. It is prohibited to entry into caves in bat's breeding season may-july;

7. It is prohibited making of fire at the entrances and inside the caves;
8. It is prohibited specialized tourism in the protected site;
9. It is prohibited to use pesticide in the protected site;
