Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of the natural habitats of rare and protected bird species.
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to kill, catch or disturb the birds, to damage their nests and to collect their eggs.
2. It is prohibited hunting;
3. It is prohibited lumbering, except for sanitary and cultivating purposes;
4. It is prohibited construction, disclosure of querries and any other activities, that modify the natural appearance of the site, or its water system;
5. It is prohibited to take out untreated water from treatment station or phenolic products;
6. It is permitted afforestation with appropriate tree species, coordinated with the Committee for the Conservation of Nature
7. permited biotech activities, improving conditions for breeding waterfowl
8. It is permitted repair and other kind of activities, related with the maintenance of the treatment station;
9. It is permited park construction of the western parts by previously drown up projest;
10. It is permitted cultivating and sanitary felling during the period from 15 august to 1 march;
11. It is permitted to use the lands from the agricultural land fund in traditional way;
