Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of peony fields and remnants of steppe forests in Southern Dobrudzha.

3. It is prohibited grazing of domestic animals
4. It is prohibited harassing the wild animals and taking their young or eggs, as well as damaging their nests and lairs;
5. It is prohibited disclosure of quarries, mining and geological and any other activities that modify or injure the natural appearance of the site or its water system
6. It is prohibited to carry out felling, except cultivating and sanitary;
7. Construction of any type is prohibited unless it is described in the management plan of the protected area
