Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to carry out felling, except sanitary and afforestation with noncharacteristic for the region plant species;
2. It is prohibited construction of buildings and roads, as well as expansion of the existing forest path, passing through Struma's river west shore reserve;
3. It is prohibited disclosure of quarries , correction of the water flow of Struma river and injuring its water system;
4. It is prohibited hunting;
5. It is prohibited the use of chemicals for pest control in the forests and cultures, as well as the use of fertilizers;
6. It is prohibited to graze goats in sections 99, 10, 427, 428, 429, 430, and 431;
7. It is permitted the maintenance and reconstruction of the international road Sofia-Kulata g. pp. line railway Station P Yavorov and tunnels;
8. It is permitted to build roads on the agricultural road for Shemeto site through section 101;
9. It is permitted grazing in the land from the land fund and in the forest plantations, determined for grazing in the forest managing plan;
10. It is permitted the use of the lands under cultivation;
11. It is permitted fishing at "Struma" river.
12. It is allowed for farm animals to pass through the designated path through sections 99 and 100 when the water level is hight and is impossible to use the designed path at Vlaiska river;
13. It is permitted repair and modernization of the existing roads and temporary buildings;
