Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of wetland and its surrounding areas as a habitat for protected and rare plant species, such as: Utricularia vulgaris;
2. Protection of rare and protected species: Great Crested Grebe-Podiceps cristatus, little grebe-Tachybaptus ruficollis, Great Reed Warbler-Acrocephalus arundinaceus, Penduline tit-Remiz pendulinus, night Heron-Nycticorax nycticorax, Egretta garzetta
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited activities, which lead to modify the water regime of the lake;
2. It is prohibited fishing in the lake and use of boats;
3. It is prohibited fishing from 15 april to 15 july;
4. It is prohibited hunting from 1 february to 30 september;
5. It is prohibited to change the way of sustainable use and the purpose of the land;
6. It is prohibited to reduce of the areas, afforestated with natural tree vegetation, including felling of single trees;
7. It is prohibited to import nonresidential for the district plant and animal wild species;
8. It is prohibited to carry out activities in the nesting colonies, as well as during the nesting season it is prohibited in range of 100 meters;
9. It is prohibited any construction, including building of new installations for fish-stocking and aquacultures;
10. It is prohibited extraction of inert materials;
11. It is prohibited chemical treatment;
