3. It is prohibited to search for, research, and extract minerals;
4. It is prohibited to destroy and injure the natural vegetation;
5. It is prohibited felling, except sanitary;
6. It is prohibited afforestation with unlocal and uncharacteristic for the region plant species;
7. It is prohibited grazing and bivouacing of domestic animals.
