Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of natural habitat of sycamore (Platanus orientalis)
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited change of the purpose and method of permanent use of the land, with the exception of 03304.504.1152 and 03304.504.1149, for which a change in the method of permanent use for “other types of green areas” is allowed;
2. It is prohibited construction, except for maintenance, repair and reconstruction of existing buildings and facilities, anti-erosion and strengthening activities, as well as construction and maintenance of tourist infrastructure;
3. It is prohibited placing movable objects;
4. It is prohibited prospecting, exploration and extraction of underground resources;
5. It is prohibited destruction and damage to natural plane tree vegetation, with the exception of the removal of branches posing a danger to people, buildings and facilities;
6. It is prohibited carrying out fellings, except for sanitary, forced, technical, as well as those related to ensuring the normal conductivity of the Kaloyan Dere River, passing through PI 03304.504.143 and PI 03304.504.934 for the land of the village of Belashtitsa, Rhodope Municipality, Plovdiv District;
7. It is prohibited afforestation with non-native and non-typical plant species for the region;
8. It is prohibited grazing and camping of farm animals;
9. It is prohibited bivouac, camping and campfires;
10. It is prohibited movement and stay of motor vehicles (MPV), including off-road vehicles, ATVs and motorcycles, individual electric vehicles, with the exception of movement in disasters, emergencies and for conducting fire-fighting, emergency, control, security and rescue activities, as well as maintenance activities of existing infrastructure facilities;
11. It is prohibited pollution with any type of waste.
