Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of the plant species Bupleurum iechtritzianum S.Stoyanov and its habitat.

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited to change the purpose and the way of permanent use of the land;
2. It is prohibited to search for, research, and extract minerals;
3. It is prohibited construction, with the exception of activities related to repair and reconstruction of existing facilities;
4. It is prohibited to import nonresidential species;
5. It is prohibited to carry out felling and afforestation in low-growing woods, except for sanitary felling;
6. It is prohibited to tearing off, uprooting, picking and destruction of specimens of species Uehtritsova uroka;
7. It is prohibited to make a fire and arson.
