Aims of the declaration:
1. Conservation of a group of centuries-old trees of the Quercus robur species along the Maritsa River.
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibite change of purpose and method of permanent use of the land, with the exception of sites of the republican and municipal road network in land property 36230.100.776 according cadastral register for the land of the village of Karadzhalovo, Parvomay Municipality, Plovdiv District;
2. It is prohibited construction, with the exception of sites
of the republican and municipal road network
on a land plot with identifier 36230.100.776
according to the cadastral register for the land of the village of Karadzhalovo, Parvomay Municipality, Plovdiv Region,
as well as maintenance, repair and reconstruction
of existing sites and facilities;
3. It is prohibited prospecting, exploration and extraction of underground resources;

It is prohibited felling and damage to oak trees;
5. It is prohibited afforestation with non-native and non-typical plant species for the region;
6. It is prohibited grazing and herding goats;
7. It is prohibited lighting a fire;
8. It is prohibited waste pollution.
