Brief description of content:
The project is in execution of of the obligations of country under the Montreal Protocol for the substances, which deplete the ozone layer (ОРВ). Targets full review of the consumption of one of the ОРВ groups - hydrochlorofluorocarbons (НCFCs), defining the companies, which are greatest consumers, creating a strategy for phase-out of НCFCs and development for transition to alternative outputs in the biggest consumers.
