address, Bulstat, name of the manager and of the person responsible for the waste of the company, and telephone number for contact;
the permitted types of waste, which can be used for the specified activities;
types of activities, which are performed with the waste;
The number and the issue date of the permit are specified. The permit fixes the term of its validity, as well as the conditions, on which it has been issued;
After the permits have been issued by the Regional Environmental Inspectorates or MoEW in an electronic format, the data is inputted into the register within one month after the issue date. The data is updated with the newly issued permits on a monthly basis.
