The Public register includes data about the stages of assessment of the need and EIA procedure, in accordance with Annex 1 and 2 to Article 3, paragraph 2 of REGULATION on the Conditions, Procedure and Methods for Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programs (Letter of the Council of Ministers No 139 of 24.06.2004, promulgated in State Gazette, number 57/ 2.07.2004, State Gazette 25/18.03.2003) and Article 102 of the Environmental Protection Act.
