Reporting, development and information keeping for imposed sanctions, penal rulings
Brief description of content:
The information is collected on the base of accounting data for issued orders for imposed sanctions for pollution and/or damaging and environment.
The database includes all orders for imposed one-time or monthly property sanctions. The sanctions are imposed by RIEW-Blagoevgrad director by an experts’ tender from “Environment control department”.
Put in charge of this activity, the accounting monitors the payment regularity on them. The case of irregularity of payment the procedure is according to the Law for the state receivables. Once in month the revenues from sanctions are transferred in the municipal funds on environment protection, regulated in environment protection law.
The database “Penal rulings” includes: penal ruling date, violator, violated article, value, appealing, paid - date

The information is provided in accordance with the Law on Access to Public Information. An official request must be made to the Director of the RIEW, specifying the required information and the need for this information.
Charges for providing information according to method of provision are specified in Regulation 10 of the Ministry of Finance, effective 10.01.2001.
