Statement on Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programs
Brief description of content:
A statement on the EIA concur the plan/program, when the estimations of the plan/program comply with the legal requirements for the environment and as a result of the consultations there are not any motivated objections in terms of legal compliance;
or not concur the plan/program, when the estimations of the plan/program do not comply with the legal requirements for the environment and/or in the EIA report there are certain motivated objections against its implementation or there are motivated objections in terms of legal compliance;
The statement shall comprise: motives for the conclusion for the preferred alternative in terms of the environment, including the consideration of the results of the consultations of the interested bodies and the public; measures for prevention, decreasing or possibly complete remedy of the presumable unfavorable consequences of the plan/program implementation for the environment; the measures of supervision and control of the plan/program implementation, including regular reports on the control and supervision.
