The EIA decision contains: the name of the issuing authority; the name, place of residence/registered office of the project client; the grounds of fact and law on which the decision is delivered; reasoning; operative part; conditions for implementation, including measures to prevent, reduce or offset significant adverse effects on the environment, as well as deadlines for compliance, where necessary; appellate authority and time limit for appeal; liability for non-compliance with the conditions set in the decision; date of issue and signature.
