Brief description of content:
The permit /license/ is issued in conformity with Art.12 and Art.37 of the Law on Waste Management.
The license contains the following information - permitted activities, permitted waste, sites for executing the activities, terms of activity. The conditions on which the License is valid are stated in the Decision.
Territorial coverage: Bourgas district, Kotel municipality and Byala municipality, Varna district

An official request must be made to the Director of the RIEW, specifying the required information and the need for this information.Charges for providing information according to method of provision are specified in Regulation 10 of the Ministry of Finance, effective 10.01.2001.
