Brief description of content:
The decision on the necessity of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) is based on Art.8, Cl.1 of the Decree for EIA (Official Gazette, 25/2003).
By Decision on EIA the implementation of an investment proposal is approved or disapproved; the Decision is made in conformity with the requirements of Art.99, Cl.3 of the Environmental Protection Act, as in the example in Annex 4 of the Decree for EIA (Official Gazette, 25/2003).
