Brief description of content:
Each firm-polluter has a file with the name of the firm, head office, municipality where the site is located, reference number of the Order, pursuant amendment or annex, date of issue and date of coming into effect of the Order, type of pollution, name of the specialist who has imposed the sanction, amount of the sanction, interest (if any), appeal of the sanction.

The information is provided in accordance with the Law on Access to Public Information. An official request must be made to the Director of the RIEW, specifying the required information and the need for this information.Charges for providing information according to method of provision are specified in Regulation 10 of the Ministry of Finance, effective 10.01.2001.
